In most cases, yes. For kitchen and bathroom remodels, we set up dust barriers and work to minimize disruption to your daily routine. For whole-home remodels or major structural work, we'll discuss the best plan — some homeowners choose to stay elsewhere for a few weeks.

All Niem Construction projects come with a craftsmanship warranty. We stand behind our work — if something doesn't meet our standards or yours, we'll make it right. Manufacturer warranties on materials (countertops, fixtures, appliances) are passed through to you.

We can discuss flexible payment schedules based on project milestones. Many of our clients also use home equity lines of credit (HELOC) or renovation loans. We're happy to work with your lender on estimates and documentation.
